Production Lead Time

Q: How long will it take to receive my Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers purchase?

A: Every item has a different lead time, specified at the bottom of the product description on the product pages. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.  Please see “Rush Options” for information regarding rush delivery.  Custom pieces can take up to 3 weeks and some special orders may take 4-6 weeks

 

Rush Options

Q: I really need it ASAP! Is a Rush Option Available?

A: Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you are interested in placing a rush order, please email the style name and custom details to info@samuelkleinberg.com along with the date you would like to receive it. We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available for that specific style. If you have already placed your order, please be sure to include the order number in the email (found in the confirmation email you received).

 

Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. However, we are more than happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if the product has a defect.  Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days.  For exchanges due to incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed.  If you have questions about personalizing a piece, please contact info@samuelkleinberg.com BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for  return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.

 

Sales Tax

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Canada.

 

Chain Length

Q: What does it mean that my necklace can be made adjustable?

A: If you prefer to order a chain that is longer or shorter, this can be noted in the comments section during checkout.  Longer chains will require an additional fee.  Chains can also be ordered to have two jump rings, so that they can be worn at two different lengths.  This should also be noted in the comments section during checkout.

 

Cleaning and Care

Q: How should I care for my Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers jewellery?

A: Jewellery should be cared for delicately and with love. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.

  • Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
  • Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
  • For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
  • Please visit us for a very thorough cleaning in which we utilize our ultra sonic machine and steamer.

 

Gift Wrap

Q: I am buying a Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers piece as a gift. I would like to write a gift note to include with the gift. How do I do so?

A: Please specify that you would like gift wrapping when making your purchase, and a beautiful Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers gift box and gift card will be included. Please note if the package is crossing any border it is not recommended as the gift wrap may be unwrapped by custom officials.

 

Payments

Q: What form of payment does Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers accept?

A: We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Interact Visa.

 

International Shipping

Q: Does Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers ship internationally?

A: Yes, we do! Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of  Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import Fees have been calculated, you authorize Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers to designate a carrier (“Designated Carrier”) to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for such item.

If you refuse a shipment from Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers. Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. We provide a tracking number and link once your order has been shipped.

Q:Can I Pick Up My Order in store?

A:Yes for sure. Please tick off the option for in store pick up at check out

 

Repairs

Q: How does the repair process work?

A:Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please info@samuelkleinberg.com with an image of your jewellery prior to sending to us. Each repair is different and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of the repair.

Custom design jewellery

Q: Do you custom design jewellery?

A:Yes! Custom designed jewellery is our strength. Please email info@samauelkleinberg.com with photos, sketches or ideas of what you are thinking and one of our designers will get in touch with you. Production is approximately 3 weeks and for most items we can provide you with computer generated images of your design before casting.
